Scope and operator

This policy explains cookies and similar storage on https://oyyo.one. OYYO family services linking to it may provide supplemental product-specific notices. Strictly necessary storage

The consent preference key oyyo.consent.v1 in browser local storage records granted or denied analytics consent, the choice time and version. Necessary security and interface storage may also support secure requests and interface preferences. These functions do not require optional analytics consent.

If browser storage is blocked, a consent choice applies to the current page session but may not persist. Clearing or blocking necessary storage can reset preferences or affect operation.

Optional Google Analytics 4

With affirmative consent, oyyo.one loads Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-4X6MC8JDDN, to measure privacy-safe page usage and interactions. No optional analytics script or measurement is started before consent, and pre-consent interactions are not queued for later measurement.

Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_* first-party cookies to distinguish visits and maintain measurement state. Their lifetime depends on configured Google/provider controls and browser behavior; we do not promise an unverified exact duration.

By policy, analytics excludes capture content, transcripts, notes, filenames, free-text errors and account details. ASK OYYO question and answer text is never included. Read https://oyyo.one/privacy for processing and retention information.

No advertising or personalization cookies

We do not use advertising or personalization cookies. Consent Mode settings ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization remain denied, whether analytics is accepted or rejected. We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Accept, reject or withdraw

The consent bar offers Reject optional and Accept analytics with equal visual prominence and equal one-click behavior. Optional analytics is denied by default. Rejecting or withdrawing never generates a consent_denied analytics event.

Use Cookie settings in the footer to reopen the bar and select Reject optional to withdraw. Withdrawal disables new optional measurement, discards pending analytics commands and removes first-party _ga and _ga_* cookies where technically possible. It cannot undo requests already sent before withdrawal or remove cookies owned by another provider domain. You can also remove cookies through browser settings.

If you later accept again, only new consented activity is measured; rejected/pre-consent activity is not replayed. Withdrawing analytics does not disable necessary security or interface functions.

App analytics and push are separate

Where enabled, Firebase Analytics measures consented mobile/desktop app usage and reliability. Firebase Cloud Messaging handles enabled push token/device delivery. These are not oyyo.one website cookies, and the website choice does not automatically authorize an app's analytics.

External sites and connectors

After you follow an external link or authorize a connector, that provider may set its own cookies or storage under its policies. Login authorization is not connector authorization. Our website cookie choice does not control independent provider sites.
