Why OYYO
Different by architecture, not by adjective.
Excellent tools already exist. OYYO is being built for the case where one job needs research, strategy, artifacts, translation, code and memory to share a single context.
Six structural differences
One context
Common pattern: Context restarts across apps, modes and sessions.
OYYO direction: A cumulative knowledge layer designed to preserve relevant context across the work.
One orchestrator
Common pattern: You choose the tool or model before knowing what the task truly needs.
OYYO direction: Route work by task, model capability, hardware, cost, latency, privacy and quality.
Local when it matters
Common pattern: Primarily cloud dependent.
OYYO direction: CPU-first local execution plus hybrid and cloud options.
Business-native
Common pattern: General prompting can produce business content.
OYYO direction: Dedicated execution layers for documents, growth, research, translation, data, code and agents.
Evidence before branding
Common pattern: Model claims are often dominated by vendor benchmarks.
OYYO direction: Reproducible benchmarking, licensing review, compatibility validation and provenance before model qualification.
Learn from corrections
Common pattern: A correction can remain trapped in one conversation.
OYYO direction: Correctable memory and translation designed to retain approved knowledge with provenance and priority.

Product capabilities change quickly. This comparison is intended to explain product orientation, not to declare that another platform cannot perform a task. OYYO status labels distinguish current capabilities from roadmap items.
What the terms mean
- Core / Core strength
- A central, primary part of the product. The capability is a main reason the product exists and receives deep, dedicated investment.
- Strong
- A well-developed, reliable capability. It performs to a high standard even if it is not the product's single focus.
- Available
- The capability exists and can be used, but it is not a headline feature or a primary design goal.
- Limited / Not primary
- The capability exists in a narrower form, or the product does not prioritise it. It may work for simple cases only.
- General
- A broad, all-purpose capability without dedicated specialisation for that specific task.
- Dedicated layer / engine
- For OYYO: a purpose-built execution layer designed specifically for that type of work, not a general-purpose answer.
- Core architecture
- Built into the foundations of the platform itself, not added as a feature on top.
- No
- The product does not currently offer this capability, based on public information at the time of writing.
